Every piece of copy starts with a brief — not a vague request. We've built a simple brief template that captures the format, goal, audience, CTA, proof points, and constraints in under 5 minutes. No brief, no copy. This discipline is what makes the output actually useful.

Brand Skill Activation
All copy is produced inside your Claude Brand Skill Project — so your voice, guardrails, and messaging standards govern every output automatically. We also layer in the relevant skill from the coreyhaines31 marketing skill library (email-sequence, copywriting, cold-email) for format-specific best practices.

First Draft Production
We produce the first draft against your brief. For email sequences, this includes subject line, preview text, and body for every email. For copy pages, it includes headline variants, subheadlines, body copy, and CTA options. Always multiple variants on key elements.

QA Review
Every piece goes through a QA checklist before it reaches you: brand voice compliance, banned word check, CTA specificity, problem-first structure, reading level match, and unsupported claims check. If anything fails, we fix it before you see it.

Delivery & Iteration
Copy delivered as a clean Google Doc with everything labelled and organised. We include brief implementation notes where helpful. One round of revisions is included in the project price — we aim to get it right on the first delivery, but we build in a revision buffer.

Common questions.

Do I need Brand Encoding before I can use this skill?
Yes. The Copy & Email Skill runs inside your Claude Brand Skill Project — that's what makes the output on-brand rather than generic. If you don't have Brand Encoding yet, we'd recommend starting there. The bundle pricing makes it more economical to do both together.
What types of copy can you produce?
Email sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, cold outreach), landing page copy, ad copy (Google and Meta formats), social content (LinkedIn and X), product descriptions, website copy, sales one-pagers, and feature announcements. If you have a specific format in mind that's not listed, ask us.
How long does it take to turn around a copy request?
On the monthly retainer: 5 business days from brief submission. One-time projects: 7–10 business days. Rush turnarounds (48 hours) are available at an additional fee.
Can we use the copy directly, or does it need heavy editing?
The goal is copy that goes out with minimal editing. QA'd Brand Skill output typically requires light editing at most — adjusting a specific detail, updating a data point, personalising for a specific segment. If you find yourself rewriting heavily, tell us and we'll recalibrate the skill.
What's included in the revision round?
One round of revisions based on your consolidated feedback — not iterative tweaks. We'll address all feedback in a single revised document. If something is fundamentally off, we'll fix it no questions asked — but if it's a preference change after the fact (different tone direction, different angle), that's a new brief.
